Mitch's "detective" work found the source of the problem and immediately fixed it, at a fraction of the cost being quoted by others. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work that you have, given his honesty and reliability. Mitch was very accommadating for this job, the flooring was put in to a very high standard and attention to detail with Mitch taking an extra half day to ensure it was done well.

High quality and super clean crew I didn’t even know they were in my house today ! I would recommend them for sure and will use them again! Reliable , trustworthy , competitive prices and high quality. Used them last year and they were great. However, this year the experience was bad. Zero contact after I agreed the purchase, I had to chase them to take it further.

He evaluated and presented several cost / fit options and advised on the shower unit we needed. The work was undertaken in a very professional and exactly as promised. AMG responded to the advert very quickly with a fair quotation. Despite encountering a few issues with the job he was committed to resolve it & worked late to complete. Installation was delayed twice and would have been a 3rd time if I hadn't complained. After installation they left mastic, screws and rubble everywhere, with very little effort to clean up. There were several snags as well.The lady in customer service wasnt particularly polite and no discount was offered despite the bad service. Would highly recommend Amber Home Improvements. Nice friendly hardworking and trustworthy "blokes" whose work is excellent and professional. We are delighted with our new bathroom it looks beautiful.
Not that I had much to do as the guys cleared away every day leaving very little mess. Mitch has been prompt & efficient with all work carried out & provide solutions to building & repair issues. He has hired a treatment couch, installed a new sink & replaced a stop valve.
Mitch is really professional, and gave good advice. Really happy to have a working bathroom again with no leaks. He rang when he said he would ring and arrived on time to do the work, which was done efficiently and quickly. He was very polite, friendly and conscientious. Mitch did a great job in refurbishing the toilet fittings in my cloakroom.
